我最喜欢干的就是切饺子馅儿了。只要妈妈一说：“剁饺子馅喽!”我就立刻跑到妈妈身边，说：“我来!我来!”我拿起菜刀——刚磨的，锋利无比。把菜和肉混在一起剁，我这剁几下，那剁几下，然后再把边上的弄到中间，翻个个，接着就上上下下、左左右右不停地剁。过了一会儿，我说：“妈妈，一把刀太慢了，再给我一把吧!”妈妈又给了我一把刀。这会儿我就拿着两把刀了。只见我左右开弓，你还别说，那架势，我还真像一个小厨师呢!

今年春节，我有幸回到了相别8年的家乡──湖北，与爷爷奶奶一起度过了盼望已久的新年，这一次的团聚我似乎更了解了家乡的民风民俗，同时也有所感悟。
首先介绍一下年俗吧!湖北的一年中一共分为三节，以过年最为隆重，从腊月初八起，一直准备到年三十，除了穿的戴的以外，以吃的东西为最多，如晒“冻米儿”。烫豆糕儿、打“糯米粑”等等，丰富极了!特以冻米、豆糕、糯米粑吃。准备过年食物，女性负主要责任，男的以清理债务为重点。应收的马不停蹄地催，待付的款也要在年三十前付清，彼此收财纳福，过一个快乐新年。可贫穷人家是：“三十的躲猫儿，初一的大摆手”。意思是：过年怕债主逼债，到处躲藏，到正月初一就好了，因为从三十夜到元宵节。债主决不能向债务人讨钱，可以放心大胆了。年夜饭这个名词，在湖北称“年饭”或“团年饭”，时间多在正午或天亮前，那一天说的话要吉祥如意，为了防止儿童口不择言，特在厅堂上张贴“不禁童言”或“百无禁忌”的红纸条儿。饭毕，长辈发红包、晚辈收压岁钱，晚间禁例大开，合家同乐。灯火齐明，通宵达旦、谓之守岁;东方未白，大放鞭炮。出天方，开大门，迎接大年初一。

家乡的春节六年级作文
一想到春节，我是既高兴又觉得是一种煎熬。高兴是——可以收红包，煎熬是——到了晚上要守岁，要到12点以后才可以睡，我一个小时都支撑不住，何况是一个晚上呢！
大年三十一大早，我闻到腊肉的香味，原来是奶奶在那里做年菜。我穿好衣服，来到厨房，看到奶奶做好的香喷喷的菜，口水情不自禁地流出来，我偷偷用手捏起一块肉，就往嘴里送，奶奶笑着拍拍我的头：“小馋猫，等会儿一起吃！”。我不好意思的走出厨房，发现爸爸也起来了，他拿着红红的对联在门口贴了起来。红红的对联贴在大门口，新的一年也随看来到。

到了晚上，奶奶把火生起来，一家人坐在椅子上烤火，我坐在椅子上又暖和又犯困。我的头像一个笨重的石头似的——抬起来又垂下去。好不容易熬到了12点，我艰难地挪着沉重的脚步，一躺到床上便呼呼大睡起来。
后来我知道了守岁的来历：从前，有一个叫岁的怪兽，每到正月初一就出来陷害人类，危害庄稼，后来玉帝知道了这一件事。就叫年下凡来把岁赶走，最后年赶走了，可是怕岁又回来，所以就有了守岁这一风俗。

春节年夜饭作文
漳州除夕之夜有“围炉”的习俗。全家大小团圆吃年夜饭时，必须用一个新的红泥火炉，生着火炭，红红旺旺地放置于圆桌下，象征家庭幸福兴旺。开宴时，炉前还置一红纸包，内包着银元两块，寓意新年发财。现在，火炉已经用电磁炉代替。
除夕宴席上的佳肴，数字要吉祥，一般是十二样，而每道莱都要有好的涵义。如鱼象征生活富余，鸡寓意金银相挨(谐音)，鸭是金银相叠(音塔)，猪肝表示官运亨通，豆腐说会发家致富，韭菜是“韭菜春”，长久幸福。即使是最普通的新鲜菠菜、芥菜、或“厚皮菜”，也叫做“长年菜”，不许切断，撕成一条条，烫熟了，囫囵吃，可长命百岁，也含有不忘本之意。还得有一盘蚶，只稍用开水烫一下，掰开半生熟地吃，蚶血越鲜红味越美。蚶壳象征金银，食后应郑重地放置于床下、门后，不得倒入垃圾堆，预兆明年发财，金银满屋。
除夕聚会，如有家人未归，也得空一位留待。家主人举筷每指点一盘菜，就念一句相应的吉祥话，全家人随之品尝。酒过三巡，即可随便吃了。宴席结束，主妇要盛一碗米饭放在厅中或厨房，插上一朵红纸花，俗称“春饭”，闽南话“春”与“剩”谐音，寓意年年有余。
还有“门蔗”习俗--- 方言“蔗”与“佳”近音，寓意进入佳境。各家各户除了贴春联外，房门两侧还要搁置两株圈贴红纸的连根甘蔗，寓意从头甜到尾。当女子婚后第一次回娘家，父母在门后放甘蔗，祝福女儿女婿婚姻生活甜蜜幸福。

年夜饭前要先祭拜祖先，烧纸钱，安排好先人后，才开始。
围炉时，家主人念“倒酒”，即由一“家庭主要劳力”左右手交替倒酒，家主人念“喝酒”，大家即喝一小口酒，家主人举筷再指点一盘菜，随口唱一句的吉祥话(一般都是菜名与吉祥话，用闽南话念起来很谐音、很通顺)，全家人随之品尝。每次倒酒，要喝三次酒品尝三样菜肴后，家主人才又念“倒酒”，再喝三次酒品尝三样菜肴，再“倒酒”，再喝三次酒品尝三样菜肴。酒过三巡后，即可随便吃了。
鸡肉是年夜饭必吃的。倒酒后，家主人唱“吃鸡，富咧咧”(闽南语富贵的谐音)，大家即开始动筷子夹鸡肉吃。一般鸡头、鸡尾、鸡翅、鸡脚是不许动的，要保持整只鸡的形状，直到初九。
还有鸭、萝卜、“金丸”(年糕)、韭菜、肥肉或瘦肉、豆腐、荷兰豆、冬笋、五香、炸豆腐、猪肉冻、手抓面、米面(粿条)等，也是年夜饭必吃的，而且样样有寓意。

腊月二十八，这是叔叔一家从杭州回来的日子。车缓缓地驶近了，近了……还等不及下车，我便和久别的姐姐、妹妹隔着车窗手舞足蹈地打起了招呼，下了车更是扎堆在一起分享着各自遇到的趣事。爸爸妈妈也赶紧出来迎接，一家人嘘寒问暖，其乐融融。

在年三十晚这一天，是整个春节的高潮。这一天，孩子们都会到处燃放烟花爆竹。不仅如此，大家还会忙于做年夜饭。佛山人对年夜饭的菜色十分讲究，既要美味可口，还要好意头。一般的年夜饭都会有鸡，俗话说“无鸡不成宴”，所以，鸡是少不了的。其次，就是一些应景的菜，例如：鱼，代表年年有余;发菜，代表发财;蚝豉，代表好事……吃过晚饭，大家都会不约而同地去逛花街，越接近十二点，人气就越旺。
大年初一，大家都会睡到近中午才起床。吃过午饭后，佛山人会到公园去看表演或到亲友家去拜年。拜年时，不论带了多少礼物都不能是单数，因为俗话说“好事成双”。进了门，首先要对象说不同的祝福语。对老人要说“新春如意”，“寿比南山”;对有工作的人说“工作顺利”，“新年进步”;而做生意的人，最中听的莫过于“新年大赚”，“发财利市”了。拜年时，长辈会将事先准备好的利是给未成年人，表示把吉祥和祝福带给他们。
结尾：正月十五的元宵节，是春节的另一个高潮。在佛山，有这么一个俗语“行通济，无蔽翳”。这意味着在正月十五那一天，人们都会拿着行运风车和与“生财”同音的生菜走通济桥，祈求身体健康、财运亨通。除此之外，这一天还要吃汤圆，寓意和和美美，团团圆圆。

在我心里，春节是最欢乐的节日。我家乡的春节也是毫不逊色。
家乡的春节习俗并不复杂，除去那较为简单的仪式外，剩下的时间与空间里，皆是无尽的欢声笑语。
十二点的钟声敲响，千家万户几乎同时打开大门，先向熟人拜年，再将鞭炮点燃，一时间，黑夜变白昼，万千鞭炮如同惊雷般震天撼地，数不尽的烟花在天空诞生，好似外星人在天空中下巨大的花朵和闪闪发亮的星星。
除夕是最值得我们庆贺的一个时刻，大家都会回到家里，与家人们团聚在一起，吃上一顿丰盛的年夜饭，说说离别时的奇闻乐事，津津有味地品尝美味佳肴，享受着团圆的乐趣。吃完年夜饭，我们可以到室外去观看四处美丽的烟花在夜空中缤纷绽放，聆听四处每一声喜庆的祝福。走在小镇的每一条大街小巷，你都会真切地感受到那激动人心的时刻。随着人们生活水平的不断改善和企业科技力量的提高，那五花八门、千姿百态的烟花不断涌现，我们所看到的烟花越来越美、人们燃放的烟花也越来越多，特别是今年我感到变化很大。除了晚上八点钟的春节联欢晚会外，到了十二点左右，也就是午夜零点时刻，我们又能听到一阵一阵激烈的爆竹和鞭炮声，这是为什么呢？原来，这是为了迎接新一年的到来啊！

呼啸的寒风，送来了隆重而又热闹的春节。今年的春节，我是在南安度过的。那里的春节是从腊月二十三才开始筹备的。南安在农村，村民们信奉神佛，因此，每当腊月二十三左右就要虔虔诚诚地送灶君上天。听说，如果诚心诚意，就能保一年的风调雨顺，平安如意。
过了二十三，家家户户便要开始准备年货了。大人们天天外出，购买各式各样的用品。如，锅碗瓢盆、筷子、床上用品、灯烛等。先买回放在家里，等腊月二十六大扫除才换上，好显出焕然一新的景象。
不知不觉间就到了腊月二十六。全家人都手脚利索，亲手送走一年的晦气。尾牙到了，大人们忙乱，孩子们也不例外。女孩们随父母外出，购买新衣，男孩们口袋里揣着钱，三五成群地上街买炮：花炮、爆竹、摔炮等，各形各色。
腊月二十九，我的家人便开始忙着包“炸枣”了，这可是一件有意思的事啊!于是我们都“半路出家”，和大人们一起包了起来。我们包的炸枣与大人们的迥然不同。看，那一个个炸枣形态各异，有的像个瓜，有的像只虎，有的像一朵娇丽的芙蓉，有的像只活泼的小鱼，还有的像各种花草树木，飞禽走兽。
除夕到了，鞭炮声响彻云霄，久久回荡;家家户户都贴上了红红的对联，有的人家门上还贴上了两大张门神。
除夕夜到了，夜幕降临，礼炮在天空中徘徊，鞭炮声在天空中回荡。好一派隆重而又热闹的景象!一晃眼，钟声敲响，春节前夕，除夕深夜，全家人都在圆桌上围炉，桌上丰盛可口的饭菜，真是令人垂涎欲滴。
桌上的菜共八道：有清蒸鱼，预示着年年有“余”;有火锅，昭示着家人和睦;有竹笋，祈示着节节高升等。吃完了团圆饭，大人小孩，彻夜不眠，灯火通宵，兴高采烈，痛痛快快地玩了一宿，聊了一宿，闹了一宿。
鸡鸣头遍时，鞭炮又一次响了起来，村子里又沸腾了起来。
旭日东升，人们走街串巷，到亲戚家拜年去了，孩子们也跟着父母四处拜年，收了不少的压岁钱。
几天以后，各种各样、五彩缤纷的'花灯上市了。人们有的闹花灯，有的吃元宵，好不热闹!
春节过去了，但他那隆重热闹的场面却时时萦绕在我的心里。
初二春节作文
春节，是一家团圆的日子，孩子们爱过春节，因为春节能拿到压岁钱，大人们爱过春节，因为春节朋友能欢聚一堂，老人们爱过春节，因为春节忙碌工作的儿女能回家，总而言之，春节是中国人最重视的节日，这一天，除非万不得已，必定赶回家走团圆饭。
家乡有春节从腊月初旬就开始了，腊月刚开始，家家户户就把自家养的猪给杀了，这叫杀年猪。这是图来年家里六蓄兴旺。人们把猪肉分为两批存放，一批放在冰箱里，做年菜时再拿出来，另一批撒上盐，放进瓷缸里密封起来做腊肉，到了年底拿出来时就变得黝黑黝黑的'，有一种说不出的美味。
孩子们过年要做的第一件大事就是买鞭炮，于是孩子们成了鞭炮店的常客了，鞭炮店有各种各样的鞭炮，琳琅满目，有小蜜蜂，降落伞，冲天炮等，这一排一排又一排的鞭炮使人们应接不暇。孩子们对鞭炮再是爱不释手了，而大人们更美洲的则是大街小巷上的红对联了。
孩子们打打闹闹的玩，大人们慌慌张张的忙。转眼间就到了新年。
大年三十真热闹，一大清早，太阳还躲在云里，人们就开始赶做年菜了。街上都是酒肉的香味，让人垂涎三尺。这一天，男女男少都穿上了新衣，门外贴了对联，屋前挂了红灯笼。除夕夜则更热闹了，晚上，一家人围坐在桌子旁。一起吃饺子，聊家常，打麻将，看春晚。这一晚除了很小的孩子，没有什么人睡觉，都要守岁。
年虽过完了，但过年时的快乐还存在人们的心中，在鞭炮声中，新的一天迈着沉重的步子向我们走来。
春节前夕作文
春节的前几天就有很浓的气氛，喜庆的气氛蔓延着，大家都忙活着过新年呢，而我们家乡的春节是怎么样呢?
我们在欢乐中置办年货，因姥姥家离我们较远，平时也没有太多时间回去看望他们，快过年时，父亲、母亲才会有时间把一些好吃的东西给姥姥、姥爷送去，而我呢，只好眼巴巴地看着一包一包好吃的被接力似的运走。
盼啊盼，终于盼到了令我企盼已久的除夕，家中像是办什么喜事儿一样，红火而美丽，挂上了大红灯笼，树上、门边满是彩灯，我一觉醒来，仿佛置身仙境!看看大人们，正在贴对联，从中我们读出了浓浓的喜庆意味!早上起来后，我便不断收到礼物、新衣，真是幸福!天还没黑，大人们就开始准备年菜了，一盘盘油汪汪的还冒着热气的菜出锅了，看得我直流口水。我抢先一步，帮助大人一起端菜。厨房的翻炒声一起持续了将近两个小时，等到菜上全，天已经完全黑了，我饿极了，一下子跃到椅子上。啊!好多菜!这个不错，那个也挺好……正当我犹豫先吃哪个时，大家已经开吃了。“嘿，我吃这个!”“多吃点儿!”餐桌上充盈着和谐的气氛，大家享受着丰盛的团圆饭。
到了晚上，所有的鞭炮几乎同时在半夜十二点响起!一朵朵烟花，有的似秋菊，有的像蒲公英，有的犹如一抹夕阳，绽放在深蓝的天际，翠绿、淡黄、大红、粉色等五颜六色的烟花把夜色装点得无比艳丽!喜庆的红色烟花更诠释着并新年的到来，我们在烟火辉映下共享这一美好时刻!愿大家都能感受到美丽的新年烟花的祝福!
这就是我们家乡的春节，真的是热闹又有趣呢。
美好的春节作文
大连的春节很随意，并没有什么规矩。至于从什么时候开始算过年，也就没什么讲究了。不过从菜市场中买菜的人群中你就能知道个大概，应该是十二月底吧。
菜场中买菜的人一下子多了起来，卖菜的脸上笑开了花。笑了两个多星期呢。因为春节大家都休息，都不出来了。我家和他们不一样，当他们开始储存“冬粮”时，我家却把冰箱中的“积蓄”全部吃光，妈妈说：菜要吃新鲜的，才有营养!
要过年了，该回家的也该往家走了，车票是不太好买，路途又远。我没有挤火车的经历，所以不知道是什么滋味，不过从电视中看到他们大包小裹的排队买票焦虑的眼神中，我能看出就像我们参加军训一周后，疲惫不堪地非常想回到我那温暖舒适的小床上是一个感觉。
日子就像颠簸的列车，一晃一晃的走过，年也像车站来到了我们身边。
除夕早上，街上就热闹的不得了，鞭炮声吵得人睡不安宁，也许是催促人们早点起来准备迎接新年吧。我在床上赖到八点，才懒懒的爬起来，在父母的催促下，匆忙的来到了奶奶家。因为年是必须得在奶奶家过的。爸爸妈妈，大大大娘，爷爷奶奶个个兴奋异常，炒菜的炒菜，贴福字的贴福字，放鞭的放鞭，忙的不亦乐乎……。忙到了开饭，已经是下午三点，对我来说饭桌上还是那老三样，鸡鸭鱼肉，一点也提不起兴趣。不过每次必不可少的却是奶奶做的凉菜，虽然材料没有什么特殊的，不过酸甜苦辣咸，色香味俱全，也算的是秘方了。
早上醒来已经十点了，不知春节联欢晚会几点结束的，反正我是被烦人的鞭炮声吵醒过好几次。
过年的时间有七天，我做了许多事情，但回想起来，仿佛又什么也没做，日子就像颠簸的列车继续向前开去。
