Abstract: The application of geostatistics in the evaluation of deposits can reflect some geological characteristics and help to complete the planning and production stage. In this study, two phosphate deposits in elsebaiya area on both banks of the Nile were attempted, namely um tondoba mine in the east of elsebaiya and Western River Nile mine in the west of elsebaiya. According to the available data, statistical analysis shows the difference of P2O5 distribution and ore thickness in the study area. Geostatistics usually starts from constructing the variogram of P2O5 and thickness, which is used for two phosphorus deposits in the ordinary Kriging model, and also used to construct the cross variogram between P2O5 and thickness, which is used for the collaborative Kriging model where the difference in the variogram parameters reflected a specific variation for each deposit horizontally and vertically. The ordinary kriging models and cokriging models illustrated different distribution behavior through both the two kriging techniques.
