Abstract: In this paper, we consider a fully discrete finite element approximationfor time fractional optimal control problems. The state andadjoint state are approximated by triangular linear finite elementsin space and L1 scheme in time. The control is obtained by thevariational discretization technique. The main purpose of this workis to derive the convergence and superconvergence. A numericalexample is presented to validate our theoretical results.
