Abstract: Studies measuring teacher effectiveness show that participants represent a effectiveness group. In a few studies that measure effectiveness as a multi-dimensional event, teachers are either inefficient or efficient. These studies usually use the mean or median to determine the inefficient group and the efficient group. It is noteworthy whether teachers in low and high groups are very likely to actually represent the data. In addition, there is still a problem, that is, whether teacher efficacy statistically represents one efficacy group or more than two efficacy groups. This study uses latent classroom analysis (LCA) to find that the group of pre service teachers mathematical efficacy is different due to their different academic achievementsm.
