Abstract: This is a practice oriented conceptual paper, which describes the selection methods of action learning and conceptual motivation in mathematics education at all levels. It introduces in detail the methods used by the author to design opinions for mathematics teaching practitioners. This paper shows that this method based on action learning and natural motivation derived from common sense is effective in mathematics education. In addition, stimulating problems, computer analysis (including Internet search) and classical well-known problems are important incentive tools in mathematics, especially in the framework of action learning. The author believes that when the skills of concept, motivation and action are applied, the whole K-20 mathematics course is feasible under a single umbrellarning are in place throughout that broad spectrum. This argument is supported by various examples that could be helpful in practice of school teachers and university instructors. The authors found pragmatic cause for action learning within mathematics education at virtually any point in student academic lives.
