Abstract: This study explores how teachers:; Peer support climate (PSC) and supervisory support climate (SSC) in Philippine teachers are related to teachers self-efficacy (TSE), teachers job satisfaction (TJs), teachers emotional exhaustion (TEE) and turnover motivation (mqtp). The participants were 457 teachers in the central region of Visayas. Structural equation modeling (SEM) showed that mqtp had differences in self-efficacy, emotional exhaustion and job satisfaction. Except TJS, novice and experienced teachers had no difference in response to all structures. The results support the proposed model. The model can guide future researchers in developing countries such as the Philippines to explain the loss of teachers caused by social support, self-efficacy and social supportctors, burnout, and job satisfaction.
