Abstract: Graphite for green engineering is a graphite layer synthesized by pollution-free back grinding process with silicon carbide sandpaper as insulating substrate. The phase formation of graphite layer was verified by X-ray diffraction, and the finished profile of graphite layer was verified by atomic force microscope (AFM). According to the current voltage curve, only the transmission parameters of three layers are evaluated. Compared with silicon devices, graphite circuits use different performance principles to construct mathematical functions such as signal derivative and modulation. The trend related to electronic engineering should be realized through the design of graphite based devices in order to achieve large-scale production in the near future.
