Abstract: The bilinear fluid model is improved through the experiment of different slurry bound water and the analysis of flow curve. The results show that the rheological parameters correspond to the physical processes of different stages of shear strain. With the increase of shear rate, the mud evolves from high viscosity Bingham fluid to low viscosity Bingham fluid. The specific surface area determines the number of edge to face arrangement; The mineral composition affects the bonding strength of each side surface arrangement; The volume fraction of particles regulates the distance between clay particles and the number of edge to face arrangements.
