Abstract: In order to develop a high performance shrinkage reducing agent, several shrinkage reducing materials and their supplementary materials were investigated. The fluidity and air content of various shrinkage reducing materials are satisfactory. The viscosity of ethylene glycol based materials decreased the lowest. For mixtures containing ethylene glycol based materials, the reduction of drying shrinkage is the most significant. In particular, the drying shrinkage of the mixture containing G2 was reduced by 40 . The compressive strength of most shrinkage reducing materials is lower than that of ordinary mixtures. When 3 triethanolamine was used to improve the early strength, the strength increased by 158 compared with the ordinary mixture on the first day; The enhancement value was 135 on day 7and 113 on day 28. To assess the performance of the developed high-performance shrinkage reducing agent and to determine the optimal amount, 2.0 shrinkage reducing agent was set as 40 of the value of the plain mixture. While the effect was more prominent at higher amounts, to prevent deterioration of the compressive strength and the other physical properties, the recommended amount is less than 2.0 .
