Abstract: The effects of high magnetic field annealing on the morphology, microstructure and properties of Pulse Electrodeposited co-ni-p films were studied. In the process of magnetic field annealing, the deposited films with rough surface change into uniform nanocrystals. In particular, when the medium magnetic field intensity is 6, it is conducive to the formation of intestinal appearance, and the spherical clusters disappear   t due to the polarization effect. At the same time, α The diffraction peak (111) of the (FCC) phase moves to the right due to the magnetic fields at 0   T and 12   t. The mechanical and magnetic properties of the films have reached a relative leveloptimum values at  T. The evolution of magneto-induced modification in the Co-Ni-P morphology, structure, and properties can be explained by the polarized effect and the diffusion-acceleration effect under a high magnetic field.
