Abstract: This study was carried out on low magnesium a413.0 alloy. The results show that strontium is mainly concentrated in silicon particles. When SR precipitates in the form of al2srsi2, excessive metamorphism will occur, which will occur in a wide temperature range. The first peak appears at α- After al precipitation, the second peak is combined with eutectic silicon (SI) precipitation, and the third peak is post eutectic reaction. The introduction of phosphorus (P) into SR modified alloys will lead to the formation of (al, P, SR) 2o5 compounds, which will reduce the modification effect of SR. Therefore, in the presence of P, the amount of SR added should exceed 200   ppm. For the same level of P, the tensile parameters (233   ppm (SR) of the well modified alloy are relatively highhan those partially modified with Sr (about 60 ppm Sr) containing the same amount of P. During solution heat treatment, coarsening of the eutectic Si particles occurs by the growth of some particles at the expense of the dissolution of the smaller ones, as well as by the collision of nearby particles.
