Abstract: The threshold value of stress intensity factor (SIF) range of fatigue crack growth (FCG) largely depends on its experimental identification. Because its determination depends on various factors, including the experimental, numerical or analytical techniques used, its identification and application have not been well determined. A new analytical model is proposed, which can fit the original experimental data of FCG. The proposed analytical model is suitable for high-precision fitting of experimental data and can estimate the threshold SIF range. The comparison between the threshold SIF range determined by the model and the threshold SIF range found in the literature is also discussed. Compared with the literature with the maximum deviation of, the determined results are very accurate and consistent.61 . The accuracy with which the analytical model is able to fit the raw data is also briefly discussed.
