Structure dependent ferromagnetic nonmagnetic phase transition in feptru films

Abstract: Here, we studied the correlation between the crystal structure and magnetism of fept1 − xrux film. At room temperature, the chemically disordered films with and exhibit ferromagnetism and paramagnetism, respectively. The Curie temperature of disordered films is 200 ℃   in contrast, ordered films have ferromagnetism in a wider magnetic field range, and the magnetic axis is perpendicular to the film plane. Because in the ordered structure, the film has high magnetization and high uniaxial magnetic anisotropy of more than 107   electroretinogram   cm − 3. For the ordered structure of = 0.60 – 0.70, there is a magnetic phase transition with temperature, and the magnetization reaches the maximum value at about 200   using this material system, we propose a nano patterning methodd involving a ferromagnetic-paramagnetic phase change due to the ordered-disordered structural transformation.
