Abstract: The effects of water cement ratio and palm oil fuel ash (POFA) on the compressive strength, water permeability and chloride ion resistance of concrete were studied. Grind the POFA until the weight of the particles retained on the 325 sieve is less than 5 . POFA is used to partially replace OPC in the proportion of 15 , 25 and 35 by weight of adhesive. The water binder ratio of concrete is 0.40 and 0.50 respectively. The compressive strength, water permeability and chloride ion resistance of concrete were studied for 90 days. The results show that when the compressive strength of POFA concrete with water cement ratio of 0.40 is between 45.8 ~ 55.9
