Abstract: Due to the high mud content of ultra-fine unclassified tailings (SUT), high viscosity of cemented paste backfill (CPB) and poor pipeline transportation performance. A foaming technology for preparing a new three-phase flow filler (TFB) by foaming mechanism is introduced. The rheological parameters of TFB with different bubble rates were measured, and its pipeline transportation characteristics were simulated by FLUENT software. In addition, the simulation results are further verified by semi industrial cycle test. The results show that the best ratio of TFB is cement sand ratio 1:
