Abstract: We give the results of the effects of surface morphology and dispersion medium on the performance of PEDOT: PSS n-Si hybrid solar cells containing functional fossil graphene (GR). SiNWs based hybrid solar cells show higher power conversion efficiency (PCE) than planar solar cells due to inhibiting carrier recombination and improving carrier transmission efficiency. Adding GR to PEDOT: PSS can improve the PCE of hybrid solar cells. Different solvents including deionized (DI) water, ethylene glycol (eg) and isopropanol (IPA) were used as GR dispersion media. Compared with cells using GR dispersed in IPA and eg, cells containing GR dispersed in eg obtained the best performance, and the measured PCE was 7.33 , nearly 13 and 16 enhancementDI water, respectively. The increase in PCE is attributed to improving the carrier-mobility, electrical conductivity, PEDOT crystallinity, and ordering.
