Abstract: Fly ash, slag, silica fume and other auxiliary cementitious materials (SCM) are increasingly used in the production of modern concrete. SCM can bring various benefits to the concrete industry, such as improving the workability, early performance and durability of concrete structures, reducing the material cost of concrete mix proportion, and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The material performance of concrete containing SCMs is an important research topic for the sustainable development of concrete industry.
