Abstract: Thermodynamic stability of double perovskite ybaco2o6 − study by Coulometric Titration δ, It is verified by measuring the total conductivity (depending on the oxygen partial pressure) at a given temperature. Results the stability diagram of ybaco2o6 was drawn δ。 Ybaco2o6 − discovery δ It has thermodynamic stability in air at 850 ° C and higher temperatures, while its thermodynamic stability is limited by the range of oxygen partial pressure at 900 ° C − 3.56 ≤   log (PO2 ATM)  ≤ − 0.14. Oxygen content in ybaco2o6 − δ At 900 ° C, it decreases slightly from 5.035 at logarithmic (PO2 ATM)   =   − 0.14 to 4.989 in the atmosphere, and logarithmic (PO2 ATM)   =   − 3.565 indicates that the change of CO + 3 CO + 2 ratio plays an important role in its stability. YBaCo2O6− δ Decomposed into ycoo3 andBaCoO3−z at the high pO2 stability limit, whereas YBaCo4O7, BaCo1−xYxO3−γ, and Y2O3 were identified as the products of its decomposition at the low pO2 one.
