Abstract: Based on the design of mesh structure, a new method of pressure sensing using carbon nanotube yarn embedded in artificial skin is introduced in this paper. Using sensing technology, a grid model for detecting the piezoresistive effect of carbon nanotube yarn in artificial skin is established. By analyzing the sensing characteristics of carbon nanotube yarn, we can conclude that the artificial skin embedded with yarn in the mesh model can be used to sense pressure. It can cover the surface of robot, and has important theoretical and practical value for the research of intelligent robot in the future.
