Abstract: In this paper, the size parameters of press fit bearing shaft joint are studied through analysis and numerical calculation, so as to determine the press fit joint parameters that have a significant impact on the service life of press fit bearing. The installation and conditions of mating joints are important factors affecting the operability and service life of bearings, and then affect the operability and service life of rotating machinery and the whole technical device. The purpose of analysis and research is to determine the influence of tangential and radial stress, radial displacement, shape characteristics and interference on the radius change of press fit bearing shaft joint (especially 60142rsr C3 ball bearing). In addition, on the basis of obained results, the paper discusses the impact of shaft dimensional and geometrical accuracy on the bearing lifetime.
