Abstract: The application of Superfine Ground Blast Furnace Slag (GGBFS) in concrete has been widely used because of its high performance and environmental sustainability. Ultra fine slag (UFS) used in concrete is powder, which is convenient for transportation and storage. Before applying for wet discharge, a drying grinding drying process is required. This paper aims to explore the performance of cement slurry concrete mixed with slag powder. The slag is directly mixed into concrete by wet ball mill, and the ultra-fine slag slurry is obtained by ball milling. The grinding time is 20 minutes   min, 40 years   min, 60 minutes   for the minimum value of replacing Portland cement with different percentages (i.e. 20, 35 and 50) and is designed to compare the cement with the original slag Cncrete. The workability was investigated in terms of fluidity. Microstructure and pore structure were evaluated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and mercury intrusion porosimetry (MIP). The fluidity of concrete mixed with UFSS is deteriorated slightly. The microstructure and early strength were obviously improved with the grind duration extended.
