Abstract: In order to improve the shift control accuracy and shift quality, the variation laws of friction cone temperature and friction coefficient during synchronization were studied. Through the analysis of friction thermodynamics, the thermal structure coupling model is established. Relevant experiments were carried out. The results show that the error between the experimental results and the simulation results is less than 3 . In addition, the maximum temperature of the friction surface of the synchronization ring increases by 1.8 ℃   n for every 50 ℃, and 1.1 ° C for every shift speed difference. In addition, in the process of synchronization, the friction coefficient first decreases rapidly, and then tends to be stable slowly. Calculation results of friction coefficienthanging regularity lays a good theoretical basis for establishing an effective friction coefficient compensation control strategy.
