Abstract: This paper presents the experimental results of the optimization of polyester resin content in epoxy resin binder. The polyester concentration in the composites was determined (Q   =   is characterized by the maximum of thermophysical properties. The martensitic thermal resistance temperature, linear shrinkage, linear expansion coefficient and glass transition temperature of epoxy polyester matrix are studied. It is found that the amount of polyester resin introduced into epoxy oligomer is Q   =   10 The martensitic heat resistance of the material is improved   =   352   K, and the linear shrinkage is reduced to Δ L   =   0.06 . Nonlinear dependence of Tcle on temperaturee was confirmed, and the tendency of changes in their values, depending on the content of polyester resin, was defined. The dilatometric curves were analyzed, and the glass transition temperature of developed epoxy-polyester matrix was determined at the level Tс = 318 K.
