Abstract: Soybean chocolate beverage is a nutritional and health beverage extracted from soybean and cocoa powder. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the economic analysis of soybean chocolate beverage production to determine the profitability of investment. The method used in this study involves an investment decision model, including net present value (NPV), income cost ratio (BCR) and internal rate of return (IRR). The results show that the net present value is n480, the discount rate is 21 , the BCR is 2.5 and the internal rate of return is 21.33 . These positive values show that investing in soybean chocolate drinks is a profit risk and worth investing.
