Abstract: This paper helps us understand the customer relationship management activities undertaken in aviation industry. The paper primarily focuses on the CRM activities in IndiGo airlines. in the paper a survey has been conducted and conclusion has been given according to that, although there are some limitations but the still the conclusion has been analysed and the impact of CRM activities has been checked. According some recommendations has been made to enhance CRM in Indigo Airlines.
