Abstract: The paper discusses about a hybrid model with an evolutionary algorithm (HEA) for identifying the multi-type flexible AC transmission systems (FACTS) procedures to improve the total transfer capability (TTC). To reduce the loss of power this transferences among various control regions. FACTS devices with Multi objective optimal power flow (OPF) which include TTC to determine a reasonable value without violating system limitations. The results are simulated for FACTS devices with the HEA algorithm which emerges TTC value using an efficient methods using conventional transmission system. The simulation results are obtained by MATLAB SIMULINK environment.
