Abstract: The COVID-19 was recently spread with the extremely communicable illness that already had a catastrophic effect of a quite significant number of diseases including deaths worldwide. Presenting blockchain-based healthcare systems that would assist facilitate mobile services and telehealth, thus minimizing patient pressures and minimizing the expense of essential clinical services Such research establishes a blockchain-based architecture that examines the possibilities for peer-to-peer, time stamping, and shared processing benefits of blockchain to create a modern infrastructure for the authentication and identification of suspected infectious incidents of COVID-19 disease. In this paper, the authors have presented a novel blockchain-based architecture for mobile healthcare system architecture for the real-time monitoring of the COVID-19 Patients. This study offers a structure for people with COVID-19 infective diseases and identifies clinical problems and electronic diagnostics. Digital devices, like smartphones, could configure any mobile apps. Such applications could monitor COVID-19 patients better. Mobile apps on smartphones are intended to minimize time and expense and improve the efficiency of infectious patients. The four-layer structure is introduced through IoT and Blockchain techniques. Moreover, numerous mobile applications are recognized and discussed in this article.
