Abstract: In current era, E-commerce is fastest emerging technology of world; with this technology we can easily enhance our businesses by trading in products and services via connecting internet with great efficiency and portability. The expeditious rate of development of E-commerce completely changes the pattern of human’s life style. Many different types of models are available in web market for E-commerce, each have his own merits and demerits. The premier target of this research paper is to analysis a web portal of Mantra.com; they started to provide some new features in the web market, which are new revolution in a world of Electronic Commerce. This paper is descriptive in nature to analyses an E-business model, regarding this purpose we select one E-business company which is “Myntra.com” and the collected data is secondary in nature from the company, its online website or app and other sources. This research paper will find out the behavior aspect of customer loyalty towards online web site of Myntra.com and it will help me to understand the working of ERP model of Myntra and will construct the outline scenario, technical aspect and another needs for developing a ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Model for retention of loyal customers.
