Abstract: The principles of teaching engineers in various countries are discussed in the article. STEM-education is a case of experts adaptation to changing technology. Components of the methodical scheme of STEM-education are formulated for the teacher training system. The latest ways of application proposed are new electronic resources, whose usage is dictated by the peculiarities of STEM education. The key developments in the advancement of world education are considered, the most important of which are computerization, collaborative learning frameworks and participation in the field of artificial intelligence education. Research is being performed on emerging instructional innovations, including standardized materials, constructive competency-building approaches and new teaching infrastructure.
