Remote Pedagogy: A Big Challenge for Teaching Less Scorer

Abstract: A situation analysis of the online pedagogy applied in the Nepali context was conducted to explore if the stories related to education pedagogy literally refer to the digital divide in education. Here, I have explained my own experience of using online teaching practice and is key for analysis being based on different theories. The analysis revealed that the news circumstance of adopting the online mode of education with the present condition of ICT infrastructures, internet availability, affordability, and literacy widens the digital gap and that might exacerbate the intellectual inequality. This study is guided by theory of digital divide theory, and Piaget s learning theory and the results of analysis is less scoring students are not able to connect and learn through the virtual mode of education.
