Abstract: Most of countries have been suffering from the problem of water quality requirements. Automaton control plays an essential role in water treatment plant, therefore, when it uses is secure the necessary quantities and qualities of water with high levels of efficiency in chemical materials use. This paper presents the real time control systems that measure the water quality parameters, then accordingly adjusting the additions of chemicals materials used for water treatment. Practically the sensors devices readings are used as inputs to the microcontrollers and PLC, with the aid of a new algorithm designed for, automatically adjusting the additions of chemical materials using injector pumps. Finally, a complete control system has been successfully evaluated. The results obtained prove the reliability and applicability of the system with more advantages at the water plants or any similar areas.
